Rental Rates
Every rate below covers a 4-hour block that includes all setup, event time, and cleanup. Need longer? Additional time is $100 per hour.
Inside Room
- Seats 72–75 people
- Includes the inside room, tables, and chairs
- 54” wooden tables with matching wooden chairs; 6’ tables and chairs available on request
Outside Pavilion
- Seats 84 people under the pavilion
- Plus additional ground space
- 6’ tables and folding chairs available; additional table and chair rentals quoted on request
Inside & Outside
- The inside room and the outside pavilion together
- Tables and chairs included in both spaces
Wedding Package
Friday evening setup straight through Saturday at 10:00 PM — so there's no rush to decorate and no rush to leave. Includes the inside room, the outside pavilion, tables and chairs, and bartenders.
Terms & Fees
- Service fee — An 18% service fee is added to all invoices. This covers post-event facility reset, garbage removal, and on-site staff assistance.
- Refundable deposit — A $100 refundable facility deposit is required. It is returned in full unless excess cleaning is needed or items are broken or damaged.
- Payment — We require a deposit of half down, with the remaining balance due on the day of your event.
- Beverages — All beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, must be purchased through the winery. No exceptions.
- Linens — Linens are not included but are available for an additional charge.
- Cleanup — Clients are responsible for removing all personal items and decorations by the end of their 4-hour block.
