Indoor Area
- Capacity: 80 people inside.
- Rental Fee: $250.00 for the first two hours.
- Additional Hours: $100.00 per hour for each additional hour.
- Refundable Deposit: $100.00 refundable facility deposit if any excess cleaning is required by staff or broken/damaged items.
- Setup Time: You are permitted time to set up 1.5 hours prior to your event. Additional time can be purchased for $50.00 per hour.
- Furniture: 54” wooden rectangular tables with matching wooden chairs (seats 72). 6’ tables/chairs are available upon request.
- Linens: Linens are not included but are available for an additional charge.
- Beverages: All alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages must be purchased through us, NO EXCEPTIONS!
- Gratuity: 18% gratuity will be added to the final bar bill.
- Payment: We require a deposit of half down with the remaining balance due on the day of your event.
